Peddlo is a Marketplace, established for global buyers, sellers, retailers, wholesalers, businesses and consumers to enjoy a unique shopping experience 24/7, at a user-friendly online platform, to do business activities, without feeling the presence of geographical boundaries from the convenience of their present location.

2. Peddlo Activities

Peddlo is a service platform for a Buyer and a Seller to perform their business dealings and merchant activities. This takes place on any of Peddlo’s marketplaces.

Peddlo does not have possession of anything (tangible and non-tangible) listed or sold through Peddlo websites, and is neither involved in the actual transaction / negotiations between buyers and sellers nor is a partner with either buyer or a seller. While Peddlo may provide pricing, postage, listing and other guidance on Peddlo websites, such guidance is solely informational and you may decide to follow it or not. Peddlo does not review users’ listings or content. The seller is responsible for the sale of the products and for dealing with any buyer claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller. Buyer is responsible to evaluate the authenticity of a product before making a payment to a seller. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes through various internal programs, Peddlo has no control over, and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of, items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users’ content, listings or feedback; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.
